Looking towards Barton Bridge, this first floor accommodation offers a choice of one or two double rooms. Entered from the private car park and up one flight of stairs, the accommodation comprises of one super king size bed (which can be separated to two single beds) with bath/shower room.

Alternately, it can be let with another double room to make a two double room apartment. This room has a king size bed and shower room.

The front lounge has views towards Pen Hill with a fully fitted kitchen adjoining. All furniture and fittings are new and, as with Beck-Side, have top quality mattresses and bedding.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all you require to cater for yourselves. There is also an outdoor space with table and chairs.

A washing machine is available for your use in the boot/drying room accessed from the rear of the property. This room is a good place to dry boots and outdoor clothing when necessary.

This is an adult only self-catering accommodation. No pets. No smoking.
